I will read every single email but probably not in a timely fashion so dont worry that I didnt see it!However if a month has gone by, I have a very hard time saying no & just thought it better just to not respond.
Reasons I will say no is if you buy most of your layouts/graphics(honestly I hate when content is bought PERIOD), steal them, or if you copy mine or other people's sites. ESPECIALLY Jez or Ashley.
So if that applies to you, you need not apply. TRUST ME, we know. If you have applied in the past & didnt hear from me it was probably for one or all of those reasons :)
